Lunch:  Light Honey Dijon Reduced Fat Dressing, 98% Fat Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Red Tomatoes , Red Leaf Lettuce, Lowfat Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Whole Wheat Bagel Thins, 98% Fat Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese Slices, Organic Tomato Ketchup, Green Tomato Chile Sauce (Salsa Verde), Almonds, Lowfat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt, Pretzel Crisps - Honey Mustard & Onion.
