Fat: 61.88g | Prot: 51.63g | Carb: 200.92g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Deli Fresh Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, Mini Sub Rolls, Miracle Whip Light, Oatmeal Cookie with Chocolate and Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Brussells Sprouts, Classic Crispy Battered Fish Fillets, Rice Sides - Chicken, Tartar Sauce.
