Fat: 53.62g | Prot: 60.90g | Carb: 184.10g.   Breakfast:  Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwich. Lunch:  Alfalfa Sprouts, Hummus, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lite Olive Oil Vinaigrette, Whole Wheat Tortilla. Dinner:  garden salad, kashi enchilada, kens lite ranch. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Beef Meatballs, Ham Salad Spread, low fat cottage cheese, Pistachio Nuts.
