Lunch:  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Grilled Chicken, Italian Salad Dressing (Reduced Calorie). Dinner:  Thick Vanilla Milk Shake. Snacks/Other:  Almond Butter, Fruit Salad, isalean lemon bars.
