Fat: 109.36g | Prot: 74.92g | Carb: 366.40g.   Breakfast:  Pumpernickel Bagel, Cream Cheese, Raspberry Jam. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Cucumber (with Peel), Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Kalamata Olives, Grilled Chicken, Feta Cheese, Vinaigrette Dressing, Chick Peas. Dinner:  Penne, Tomato Sauce, Italian Bread, Olive Oil, Bruschetta, Provolone Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, Prosciutto. Snacks/Other:  Cupcake with Icing, Dark Chocolate Truffles, 10" Chocolate Xtreme Blizzard Cake.
