Fat: 62.80g | Prot: 67.21g | Carb: 53.31g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half) , Organic Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Stringles. Lunch:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Leeks , Quinoa (Cooked). Dinner:  Leeks , Light Butter with Canola Oil, Quinoa (Cooked), Rotisserie Chicken, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Organic Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Stringles, Pinot Noir Wine, York Pieces.
