Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Arugula Lettuce, 24 Rebuild Endurance, Avocados. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Yam, Spinach, Mixed Salad Greens, Balsamic Vinaigrette with Maple Syrup, Avocados. Snacks/Other:  Nutritional Shake Mix - Cafe Latte, Protein Drink Mix - Vanilla, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk.
