Fat: 53.56g | Prot: 86.78g | Carb: 209.68g.   Breakfast:  apple, beet, spinach, carrot, honey, frozen berry, greek yogurt, kirkland orange juice, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream, siopao, optimum nutrition. Lunch:  Santa Fe Style Chicken Enchilada Soup, chocolate croissant. Dinner:  chicken soft taco, Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  oscar mayer ham, persian cucumber., lucerne cream cheese, Dark Chocolate Nutrition Bar - Almond, G2 Perform 02 - Fruit Punch (Bottle).
