Fat: 44.03g | Prot: 95.59g | Carb: 233.14g.   Breakfast:  Honey Clusters Cereal, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Bananas, Vitamin D Whole Milk, Pure Granulated Sugar. Lunch:  Tilapia (Fish), Flour Tortilla, Tea (Brewed), French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen). Dinner:  Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce, Dry Spaghetti, Real Bacon Pieces. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt (Container), Blackberries, Benefiber Powder, Fizzing Drink Mix - Raspberry (Single Packet), Walnuts, Cheez-It Crackers (Hot & Spicy).
