Fat: 44.03g | Prot: 95.59g | Carb: 233.14g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Clusters Cereal, Pure Granulated Sugar, Vitamin D Whole Milk. Lunch:  Flour Tortilla, French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen), Tea (Brewed), Tilapia (Fish). Dinner:  Dry Spaghetti, Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce, Real Bacon Pieces. Snacks/Other:  Benefiber Powder, Blackberries, Cheez-It Crackers (Hot & Spicy), Fizzing Drink Mix - Raspberry (Single Packet), Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt (Container), Walnuts.
