Fat: 83.57g | Prot: 78.83g | Carb: 152.78g.   Breakfast:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey. Lunch:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Fancy Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend, Fuji Apples, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Rotisserie Chicken, Salsa Ranch Yogurt Dressing. Dinner:  Cheese Filled Stuffed Shells with Meat Sauce, trader Joe vegetable melange. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Salted Almonds, Kirkland Whole Fancy Indian Cashews, Pumpkin Muffin.
