Fat: 28.85g | Prot: 64.50g | Carb: 103.33g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, Chobani Lowfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry. Lunch:  Smoked Sausage Cassoulet. Dinner:  Boneless strip steak, Malbec, mixed vegetables, frozen. Snacks/Other:  9 grain Bread, Central Market Organic creamy Peanut butter.
