Dinner:  Avocados, Cherry Tomato, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Broiled), Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Monterey Jack Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar, Blackberries, Calcium, costco cake, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Fish Oil Omega 3, Large Curd Cottage Cheese, Water.
