Fat: 37.98g | Prot: 103.88g | Carb: 198.78g.   Breakfast:  Light & Fit Yogurt - Peach, Sugar Free Cherry, Whole Grain Oatmeal Bread, Cooked Egg White, Green Peppers, onions, Black Tea Bags. Lunch:  Jewish Rye Bread, Seedless, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, flat bread, Peach Yogurt, Water. Dinner:  Reduced Sodium Colby-Jack Cheese Snacks, Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Deli Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Wheat Thins Flatbread.
