Fat: 40.17g | Prot: 67.50g | Carb: 227.70g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Blueberries, grape nuts, Natural Ice, Special K Red Berries. Lunch:  cucumber, grape tomatoes, hy vee lettuce, Light Thousand Island Dressing, mushrooms, progresso chicken dumpling soup. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Cod, Green Peas, Light Vegetable Oil Spread, The Original Texas Garlic Toast. Snacks/Other:  orange, Special K Cereal Bars - Blueberry.
