Fat: 40.17g | Prot: 67.50g | Carb: 227.70g.   Breakfast:  grape nuts, Special K Red Berries, 1% milk, Blueberries, Natural Ice. Lunch:  hy vee lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, Light Thousand Island Dressing, progresso chicken dumpling soup. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Cod, The Original Texas Garlic Toast, Green Peas, Light Vegetable Oil Spread. Snacks/Other:  orange, Special K Cereal Bars - Blueberry.
