Fat: 35.38g | Prot: 53.94g | Carb: 127.41g.   Breakfast:  Soy Milk, Cereal, Grapes, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Lunch:  Sweet Red Peppers, Baby Spinach, Arugula (Rocket), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Vegetable Barley Soup, Chili Con Carne with Beans, Avocado. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts, Grapes, Japanese Persimmons, Bananas.
