Breakfast: Cereal, Grapes, Soy Milk, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Lunch: Arugula (Rocket), Baby Spinach, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner: Avocado, Chili Con Carne with Beans, Vegetable Barley Soup. Snacks/Other: Bananas, Grapes, Japanese Persimmons, Walnuts.
