Fat: 36.61g | Prot: 46.62g | Carb: 181.87g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Banana, Crunchy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry. Dinner:  Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate W.F. Crisp Bars.
