Fat: 86.72g | Prot: 71.83g | Carb: 149.15g.   Breakfast:  silk light soy milk, Apple Cinnamon Bar. Lunch:  Dave's Hot 'N Juicy 1/4 lb. Single. Dinner:  Oat Bran Hot Cereal, silk light soy milk, dried cherries, trader joe's almond butter, Quesadilla with Poultry and Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Bar (Giant), Smokehouse Almonds.
