Fat: 73.87g | Prot: 134.12g | Carb: 373.75g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal. Lunch:  Red Leaf Lettuce, Tomatoes, Multigrain Bread, Cheddar Cheese, Red Onions, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Bacon, Honey Dijon Mustard. Dinner:  White Rice, Orange Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Vanilla Shake.
