Fat: 38.28g | Prot: 119.03g | Carb: 169.98g.   Breakfast:  apple, beet, spinach, carrot, honey, frozen berry, greek yogurt, kirkland orange juice, optimum nutrition. Lunch:  italiano salad, Grilled Chicken Florentine, knudsen small curd cottage cheese. Dinner:  pollo bowl from el pollo loco. Snacks/Other:  zone bar, persian cucumber., banana, oscar mayer ham, quaker high fiber oatmeal, snickers snack size.
