Fat: 56.66g | Prot: 100.98g | Carb: 208.22g.   Breakfast:  High Protein Shake - Chocolate. Lunch:  12" Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Cheddar Cheese, Tomato Noodle Soup (Prepared with Water). Dinner:  Chocolate Coated or Frosted Doughnuts, lifestyle, milk, shepherd's pie. Snacks/Other:  Granny Smith Apples.
