Fat: 23.12g | Prot: 64.74g | Carb: 128.96g.   Breakfast:  lucky charms, milk, coffee, creamer, sugar. Lunch:  teriyaki chicken and rice. Dinner:  grilled chicken strips, rice, onions, green pepper. Snacks/Other:  celery, ranch dressing.
