Fat: 23.12g | Prot: 64.74g | Carb: 128.96g.   Breakfast:  coffee, creamer, lucky charms, milk, sugar. Lunch:  teriyaki chicken and rice. Dinner:  green pepper, grilled chicken strips, onions, rice. Snacks/Other:  celery, ranch dressing.
