Fat: 43.19g | Prot: 71.00g | Carb: 152.92g.   Breakfast:  7 grain bread, boiled egg, Chobani Lowfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry/Banana, organic creamy peanut butter. Lunch:  Smoked Sausage Cassoulet. Dinner:  Catherine's Spinich Salad w/o bacon bits, Malbec. Snacks/Other:  9 grain Bread, Banana, Central Market Organic creamy Peanut butter.
