Fat: 39.48g | Prot: 58.02g | Carb: 213.45g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Blueberries, Special K Red Berries. Lunch:  jennie o turkey breast, campbells turkey gravy, rice a roni long grain and wildrice. Dinner:  progresso corn chowder soup, Romaine Garden Salad Mix, kraft shredded sharp cheddar, mushrooms, Grape Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Light Thousand Island Dressing. Snacks/Other:  American Type Grapes (Slip Skin), Red Delicious Apples, Special K Cereal Bars - Blueberry, Natural Ice.
