Fat: 39.48g | Prot: 58.02g | Carb: 213.45g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Blueberries, Special K Red Berries. Lunch:  campbells turkey gravy, jennie o turkey breast, rice a roni long grain and wildrice. Dinner:  Cucumber (Peeled), Grape Tomatoes, kraft shredded sharp cheddar, Light Thousand Island Dressing, mushrooms, progresso corn chowder soup, Romaine Garden Salad Mix. Snacks/Other:  American Type Grapes (Slip Skin), Natural Ice, Red Delicious Apples, Special K Cereal Bars - Blueberry.
