Fat: 127.91g | Prot: 63.07g | Carb: 15.19g.   Breakfast:  smoked bacon rashers, Lettuce, Olive Oil, Whipping Cream, COCONUT OIL. Lunch:  Fresh Ham (Lean and Fat Eaten), Whipping Cream, Egg Yolk. Dinner:  Smoked Mackerel, Strawberries, Greek Style Yoghurt, Cream Cheese, Whipping Cream, Coffee (Instant). Snacks/Other:  Water.
