Fat: 127.91g | Prot: 63.07g | Carb: 15.19g.   Breakfast:  COCONUT OIL, Lettuce, Olive Oil, smoked bacon rashers, Whipping Cream. Lunch:  Egg Yolk, Fresh Ham (Lean and Fat Eaten), Whipping Cream. Dinner:  Coffee (Instant), Cream Cheese, Greek Style Yoghurt, Smoked Mackerel, Strawberries, Whipping Cream. Snacks/Other:  Water.
