Fat: 40.40g | Prot: 60.83g | Carb: 181.24g.   Breakfast:  banana, Coffee, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, skim milk. Lunch:  Coconut Curry with Chicken & Shiitake Mushrooms. Dinner:  Honey Balsamic Chicken, weight watchers fudge bar. Snacks/Other:  almonds, Fat Free Mini Pretzels (0.5 oz Package), Granny Smith Apples, Green Tea, Jolly Time, Whole Cashews Salt-Free.
