Fat: 52.05g | Prot: 72.86g | Carb: 180.43g.   Breakfast:  Benecol Light, Orange Juice Smooth, Scrambled Egg, Seed Sensations, Weetabix. Lunch:  Coca-Cola Zero (Can), Fresh Spinach Pasta. Dinner:  Bake to Perfection Cod Fillets, Cooked Fennel Bulb, Couscous, Minty Bean Salad. Snacks/Other:  Apple and Sultana Fruit Loaf.
