Fat: 54.87g | Prot: 76.74g | Carb: 211.83g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Deli Fresh Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, Mini Sub Rolls, Miracle Whip Light, True Delights Multigrain Fiber Crisps - Wild Blueberry. Dinner:  Andouille Smoked Sausage, Fancy Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, New Orleans Style Red Beans & Rice.
