Fat: 117.06g | Prot: 122.10g | Carb: 288.73g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal. Lunch:  Ciabatta Sandwich Rolls, Grilled Chicken, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Provolone Cheese, Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto. Dinner:  Chicken Cordon Bleu, Mashed Potato, Broccoli (Chopped, Frozen), American Cheese Singles. Snacks/Other:  Vanilla Ice Creams, Chocolate Syrup, Cherry Cordial Candies.
