Lunch:  Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt, Southwest Veggie Stuffed Sandwich. Dinner:  2% Milk American Singles, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free), Italian Bread, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Skim Milk, Vanilla Wafers, Chocolate Flavored Syrup, Fat Free Fig Newtons Cookies (Packs 2 Go!).
