Fat: 67.09g | Prot: 105.69g | Carb: 105.88g.   Breakfast:  premier protein shake, whip cream. Lunch:  Lemon Parmesan Shrimp. Dinner:  Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), lettuce, red peppers. Snacks/Other:  94% fat free popcorn.
