Fat: 49.91g | Prot: 63.01g | Carb: 107.92g.   Breakfast:  low fat milk, post lightly frosted shredded wheat. Lunch:  chicken thigh stew, game. Dinner:  burger bun, fries. Snacks/Other:  apple, peanuts.
