Lunch:  Ketchup, Mashed Potato, Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned), Swedish Meatballs, Tomato Noodle Soup (Prepared with Water). Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Chicken or Turkey Salad with Egg, Granny Smith Apples, Milk (Nonfat), Praeventia Ginger Cookies, White Bread.
