Fat: 30.27g | Prot: 45.36g | Carb: 150.24g.   Breakfast:  coffee, creamer, lucky charms, milk, sugar. Lunch:  crab meat, cucumber, grape tomato, salad. Dinner:  broccoli, meatloaf, rice. Snacks/Other:  popcorn, welchs fruit snacks.
