Fat: 70.49g | Prot: 84.47g | Carb: 142.14g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Milk, Fresh Pork Sausage, Protein Meal Replacement Powder. Lunch:  Greek Olives, Quinoa (Cooked), Raw Organic Coconut Butter, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Olives, Organic Quinoa. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Dark chocolate almonds, Medjool Dates, Water, Water.
