Fat: 113.14g | Prot: 110.33g | Carb: 71.61g.   Breakfast:  eggs, sausage. Lunch:  Carb Solutions Chocolate shake mix, Organic Sugar Free Coconut Milk. Dinner:  Avacado, Beef ribeye, Cardini's Greek, Cherry Tomato, Cucumber (with Peel), Feta, romaine, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn, Blackberries, butter, Calcium, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Fish Oil Omega 3, Kemps Cottage Cheese, Water.
