Fat: 113.14g | Prot: 110.33g | Carb: 71.61g.   Breakfast:  sausage, eggs. Lunch:  Organic Sugar Free Coconut Milk, Carb Solutions Chocolate shake mix. Dinner:  Avacado, romaine, Feta, Cucumber (with Peel), Spinach, Cherry Tomato, Cardini's Greek, Beef ribeye. Snacks/Other:  Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Calcium, Fish Oil Omega 3, Water, Blackberries, Kemps Cottage Cheese, butter, Air Popped Popcorn.
