Fat: 85.21g | Prot: 61.51g | Carb: 203.86g.   Breakfast:  Quick or Instant Oatmeal, Raisins (Seedless), Almonds, Original Soy Milk, Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup. Lunch:  Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat) , Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts. Dinner:  Condensed Tomato Soup, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat) , Original Crescent Rolls, Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins).
