Fat: 22.07g | Prot: 86.23g | Carb: 324.78g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Blueberries, Special K Red Berries. Lunch:  Classic Favorites Chicken Oriental. Dinner:  hard roll, i can't believe it's not butter, New Orleans Style Gumbo Mix with Rice, Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  four loko, Navels Oranges, Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry, twisted tea raspberry.
