Fat: 43.66g | Prot: 49.04g | Carb: 136.13g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, coffee, coffeemate, greek gods yogurt. Lunch:  Butter, greek gods yogurt, Plain Yogurt, sweet potato. Dinner:  albacore steak, asparagus, Pictsweet Seasoned Chinese Style Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  grape tomatoes, Kettle Corn.
