Fat: 123.47g | Prot: 140.73g | Carb: 307.07g.   Breakfast:  coffee, cream, Everything bagel wegman's, fried egg, sugar, turkey bacon. Lunch:  cheese Slice black diamond, dempsters whole wheat, lettuce, sliced pork, tim hortons coffee. Dinner:  beef gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, roast beef. Snacks/Other:  baby carrots, broccoli, Caesar Salad Dressing, Caramel Starbucks, cauliflower.
