Fat: 29.76g | Prot: 46.66g | Carb: 189.75g.   Breakfast:  black coffee. Lunch:  Baked Lay's potato crisps, Subway provolone cheese, Subway turkey ham 6" sub. Dinner:  Brownberry sandwich thin, Del Monte mandarin orange cup in juice, Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Tuna Fish Salad. Snacks/Other:  Rice Krispies original marshmallow treat.
