Fat: 35.98g | Prot: 47.32g | Carb: 177.41g.   Lunch:  Udon Noodles, Chicken. Dinner:  Bologna, Light Mayo, Green Leaf Lettuce, Wonder+ 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Blue Cheese Dressing, Potato and Cheddar Perogies. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Milk Chocolate Coated Raisins, Apples.
