Lunch:  Grapes, Spinach, Baby Carrots, Light Sweet & Spicy French Dressing, Water, Taco or Tostada with Chicken, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa, Vanilla Honey Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  BBQ Pork, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Cranberry Juice, Creatine High Performance, Milk (Nonfat), 7-Layer Bar, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Peanut Butter.
