Fat: 86.74g | Prot: 135.72g | Carb: 64.16g.   Breakfast:  egg, Coffee, fat free land o lakes half and half, chobani plain, bella rosa asiago, classico pesto, butter, oscar mayer turkey bacon. Lunch:  Applebee's Napa Chicken & Portobellos without Potatoes, Applebee's seasonal vegitables. Dinner:  garden salad, Real Bacon Bits 50% Less Fat, butter, diamond sliced almonds, Tyson grilled and ready, wellsley farms sunflower seeds, bella , green beans, newman's own lite honey mustard. Snacks/Other:  grapes, wellsley farms swiss, macadamia mauna loa.
