Fat: 47.20g | Prot: 78.36g | Carb: 100.89g.   Breakfast:  BUTTER, egg, sourdough english muffin. Lunch:  cheddar cheese, plainm & m's, wheat thins. Dinner:  acorn squash, brocolli, brown sugar, butter, cauliflower, chicken, Lite Beer, tequila. Snacks/Other:  skinny cow chocolate ice cream sandwich.
