Fat: 115.18g | Prot: 103.58g | Carb: 64.10g.   Breakfast:  eggs, Fruit salad, sausage. Dinner:  Avacado, Cardini's Greek, Cherry Tomato, Chicken Wings, Cucumber (with Peel), Feta, Pepperoncini, romaine, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Atkins coconut, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Sensible Portions.
