Fat: 9.09g | Prot: 68.86g | Carb: 208.65g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Blueberries, Special K Red Berries. Lunch:  new orleans style gumbo. Dinner:  jennie-o extra lean turkey breast, rice a roni long grain and wild rice, campbells turkey gravy. Snacks/Other:  grapes, kellogs nutri grain cereal bar, Natural Ice, miller beer.
