Fat: 84.73g | Prot: 76.71g | Carb: 257.38g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Blueberry Muffins (with Low Fat 2% Milk), Cream Substitute (Powdered), Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Metamucil, Rice Protein - Vanilla. Lunch:  almond milk, bran flakes. Dinner:  muffin, omelet. Snacks/Other:  beer, cashew nuts.
