Fat: 63.22g | Prot: 64.14g | Carb: 223.97g.   Breakfast:  Peppermint Mocha Creamer (Coffee-Mate), Sourdough English Muffins, Concord Grape Jam, Extra Crunchy Super Chunk Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese Soup, Soft Bread Stick. Dinner:  NATURAL CHOICE OVEN RSTD TKY, Baby Carrots, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Wheat Thins Crackers - Reduced Fat, Country French with Vermont Honey Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts, Fruit Snacks, Candy Cane, Oil Popped Popcorn (Low Fat).
