Fat: 54.44g | Prot: 48.65g | Carb: 182.57g.   Breakfast:  Banana Strawberry Smoothie. Lunch:  Thin Crust Cheese Pizza, Potato French Fries. Dinner:  Cheese Filled Stuffed Shells, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Lettuce, Ranch Salad Dressing, Pepperoni, Hand Tied Garlic Knots. Snacks/Other:  Sliced Lite Bartlett Pears in Extra Light Syrup.
