Fat: 103.03g | Prot: 88.93g | Carb: 423.34g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Granulated Sugar, Black Tea Bags, Orange Juice, Pear (Cooked or Canned), Cinnamon Sweet Rolls (with Raisins). Lunch:  Tortilla Wraps, Dry or Hard Salami, Strawberry Soda (Can). Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Hamburger on Bun, Cooked Carrots, Crunchy Onion Rings (Side), Cranberries (Cooked or Canned). Snacks/Other:  Coke Zero, Coca-Cola Classic (7.5 oz), Vanilla Wafers (Higher Fat), Crunchy Peanut Butter Cups, Oil Popped White Popcorn.
